La Nohelia Café is named after the mother of Jhon — the third-generation coffee grower behind this brand. Raised in a family of coffee farmers, Jhon was sent to the city to earn a business degree, then returned home with a vision: to grow coffee in a more organic and sustainable way while maintaining the traditions he was raised on.

At their farm, Finca Nisperal, years of hard work and generational sacrifice have created more than just a farm—it’s now a destination. Visitors from around the world come to experience the full process, from planting and harvesting coffee cherries to roasting and enjoying a fresh cup in the mountains of Colombia.

Grown in Vereda Buga, just outside the historic town of Jericó, this coffee benefits from the rich soils and elevation of the Andes Mountains—conditions ideal for producing exceptional beans.

The land is also home to migratory birds like the Summer Tanager, which travels from the southern United States each year and plays a small role in the natural pollination of the coffee crops.
