Phenix Café is a rare find from the well-known town of El Peñol in Antioquia—famous for the man-made lake that surrounds the Díaz family farm. This unique setting, combined with fertile soil and a tropical climate, creates ideal conditions for growing exceptional coffee.
Paula Díaz, a physician specialized in epidemiology, combines her love for family and passion for nature in this project. Alongside Mr. Miller Marín, she is committed to producing only organic, specialty coffee—grown without pesticides or chemicals. Instead, they rely on natural compost, organic fertilizers, and beehives that support the pollination of the crops.
When you open a bag of Phenix Café, you’ll notice sweet aromas of caramel and honey. Once brewed, it reveals bright, citrusy cacao notes with a bold character that awakens the senses. This is a vibrant coffee—clean, energetic, and perfect to start your day.
